A Basic website package is perfect for small businesses or Professionals that wish to offer their clients basic information about their services and/or products. This website package will give your business the opportunity of presenting a high quality, professional looking website that is custom designed to suit your business at a price that won't break the bank.

Typical pages often consist of home, about us, services, location and one or two informational pages.

Original Custom designed website

We do not use templates or pre-designed sites. All of Penticton Web Design's websites are unique and custom designed based upon phone or email interviews with our clients.

5-10 professionally designed custom SEO friendly web pages

Text or content supplied by owner. If you are having difficulty thinking of what to write we can have your content written by a professional content writer after a phone or email interview.

Custom designed banner

Banner and logo designs are always customized for individuals, we do not use templates.

Domain Name Registration & Setup Assistance

We offer good solid SEO advise on the best domain name for your website and will make suggestions for which registrars are best for the type of domain name you wish to use. Our service includes assisting you to configure your domain name to point towards your new website on our servers.

Free Contact form

Your contact form can have up to 5 fields.

XML sitemap for search engines

This is an internal xml (or text file) file placed within your site that lists all the pages in your website. It is a tool used by SEO's and webmasters to help search engines find all of the pages on your website.

1 Hour Free Maintenance

Our Basic website package includes 1 FREE hour of updates, maintenance, or tech support that can be used at any time over a 12 month period. Additional services are available for an hourly or project based fee.

Project completion estimate: 1-2 weeks

1st Week: Our designer will interview you via phone or email (your preference) and develop a design that suits your needs and taste.

2nd Week: your pages will be added and any layout adjustments or edits you require will be made before the website goes live.

Project completion time frames are based upon good communication and feedback/approval of design and page layouts by our clients.

Often a Basic website will be up and running before the deadline.

Logo Design

We offer original logo design and Professional logo rebuilds and recreated for a modern look.

Blog installation and design

We design custom blog themes that compliment your website, we also offer custom blogger designs.

Photo Gallery

Add a gallery of photos for your friends family or clients.

Custom Graphics

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Search engine marketing and internet marketing can be a very effective way to bring clients to your website. Penticton Web Design always builds SEO friendly webpages we will submit your website to major search engines.

Additional pages

We can add additional pages to any website on request. The cost for additional webpages averages $50 for a website we have built, although we do offer package prices for groups of 5 or more pages.

Custom built functions and applications

This can be something as simple as adding social media comment widgets (such as twitter or Facebook links) to something like adding a portfolio, a photo gallery, real estate listings, hotel bookings or any other type of application needed to make your website as functional and user friendly as possible.


At the beginning of your project we require a deposit of 50% of the cost of the website (or) a minimum of $500, any work under $500.00 has to be paid in advance. Final payment will be due upon completion of your website and final approval; as soon as payment is final your website goes live.

Penticton Web Design accepts, checks, PayPal gateway for Credit Cards and hyperWallet System.

Design Process

When you contract our design firm we will send you an email with questions regarding what you want your website to accomplish, the look or feel you want it to convey and several other design and development questions that are relevant to your project.

Often we will follow up with a phone call or second email to clarify your answers or requests for customizations you may have asked about.

After we are satisfied we know what you want your designer will begin the process of developing the look of your website.

Your designer will send you a graphic image based upon our interviews with you. You will be asked if you would like changes to the way it looks and sometimes your designer will suggest changes that will enhance the way your site looks and functions. As soon as the design is approved by you the actual web site and pages will be built. You will be sent a link to the building site and asked if you want any changes made.

When you are completely satisfied with the way your website looks final payment will be requested and your site will be uploaded and live!
